Redrow Homes and the Hall Barn Estate are working together to bring forward early-stage proposals for new homes, green spaces, and improved connectivity on Land South of London Road, Beaconsfield.
The site is located within the Green Belt but has been identified in earlier Green Belt reviews as having potential for carefully planned development. The proposals are designed to respect and reflect Beaconsfield’s character, landscape and heritage, while helping to meet local housing needs and honouring the Estate’s long-term commitment and connection to the local area.

Key features of the initial proposals

The initial proposals include:
- A maximum of 200 new homes.
- A mix of housing types, including affordable homes across a range of tenures.
- High quality landscape-led design protecting key features such as mature trees and green corridors.
- New pedestrian and cycle connections, improving access and active travel across Beaconsfield.
